The location was very good for me, very close and accessible from the airport using bus 10 and still accessible to the city center with the same bus, so very convenient for me and my family. There’s a mall right in front for shopping and food so no problem there too. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Value for money, highly recommended for short durations

Loved that the there is a mall / shopping center right across the hotel. There is a huge supermarket (Migros) there, which we visited for water bottles, cheese, sandwiches, fruit, chocolate and anything we needed! There is are many stores (e.g. Läderach chocolate) and restaurants (e.g. Crepes) in the mall as well. Also liked the coin laundry which we used. The #10 bus stops very close to the hotel and will take you to/from the airport in about 5 minutes! It can also take you to the train station. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. There were complimentary water bottles in the fridge, a safe, and a bar water spout.

Novotel is always a great choice for us. The room for a family is pretty big, there's a curtin you can close between the kids side to the parents side. Staff were really nice and breakfast is good as well. The geneva pass is a great benefit so we could travel around the city with no problem and the station is right near the hotel. To the airport it took about 10 minutes. A great choice!

The reception staff, particularly Dario made all the difference in making our stay positive and worth recommending. Things never go as planned and Dario went above and beyond to compensate for unplanned issues with our stay; making this hotel stellar. As guests, you can count on not just having beautiful ammeneties and location but dependable service and high quality support we all expect from higher level hotels such as these.

Having the bathroom (toilet and sink) and the bathing area (shower, sink etc) separated is a dream for families because multiple members can do their business without waiting for the ONE SINGLE bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the sofabed split into 2 fairly comfortable beds with thick futon like mattress made for good sibling sleep. It's a tight room, and reminds me of cruise ship designs with everything sort of in their place. Breakfast was surprisingly very very good. The baked goods were super fresh

This was a repeat visit. The staff were always friendly. Light, airy room well equipped for an extended work trip with fridge, microwave & coffee machine, plenty of room to spread out. Large shopping centre across the road for supplies. Nice patio for a drink or food at the adjoining restaurant, and a comfortable walk into downtown Geneva. Airport access excellent, walk in 30 mins or a 5 minute taxi.

Close proximity to Geneve Airport, with easy and simple ground transportation to/from the hotel via Bus #10. The bus was free to/from the hotel, and our family room was well-sized, with the WC smartly separated from the shower/bathtub. WiFi was limited to just 3 devices; however, this was more than sufficient because we had a late check-in, and early check-out the next morning. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel when you need to stay near Geneve airport!

The room was ok. We didn't take breakfast as the mall was just across the street and had a lot of places to buy food from. As for the location, it was great. you can take the bus for free and go downtown. It's close to the airport. Their bar opens till 1:00 AM and serves drinks and Pizza.
